Processing time – Delivery does not depend on me and I, like you, will track information by track number. In case of loss of the parcel, I write a search application.
Be prepared for the fact that international shipments take a long time. If you want the order to arrive by a certain day, it is better to take care of it 5-6 months in advance (since there is a time to create the order)

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for Custom or personalized orders.

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
 

Please note all customers must be 18 or older to order. All customers must be at least 18 for custom orders for custom items.

Personalized items are open for order, if:
1. Someone 18 and older makes a gift purchase for a younger person.
2. Parents purchasing for a family member.

Custom requests for minors may be declined.
We cannot work with minors.

If the customer canceled the order and I have already started work – he has the right to receive a refund of 50% of the cost

It requires a careful handling and dry cleaning. Do not wash figures in water, I recommend using a slightly dry brush.

Please ensure the correct address is on the order before purchasing. We cannot change the address once the order has been submitted. We are required to ship to the address on the receipt.
